Hi there! We’re a husband-and-wife duo blending professional skill with sweet nostalgia.

My husband is a French culinary-trained chef with years of experience working in 5-star hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants. His passion for food and flavor runs deep—and now, he’s bringing that same attention to detail to handcrafted toffee.

As for me, I hold dual citizenship with the UK and the USA, and my English heritage means I’ve tasted more than my fair share of traditional toffee over the years. That love for classic British sweets (and a picky toffee palate!) inspired us to create something truly special.

We started this business not just to share our delicious, homemade English butter toffee with others—but to cook, create, and spend more time together doing what we love.

Every batch is made to order, right here in Maryland, with rich chocolate, crunchy nuts, and a whole lot of heart. Thanks for being part of our journey!
